Introducing MENTAL HEALTH MONDAY! Each week, I will be sharing something mental health related to support our children at NJS. We understand how to look after our physical health and children are beginning to understand that our minds need the same attention. You may find techniques for breathing; a mindfulness technique; simple affirmations and many more.
