Weekly School Newsletter
LOST PROPERTY
Our lost property bin is overflowing again! We have some kind volunteers who have offered to come and sort through when the weather improves.
In the meantime can we make everyone aware that if your child has lost something we encourage you to come and check in the red bin to the right of the school office.
Please can we also ask that you name all items that come to school: it makes it far easier for us to return them to the right child straight away.
Lost Property
There are lots of unclaimed pieces of clothing that may belong to your child outside Mr Lawson’s classroom- in the Lost Property box.
Please can parents check Lost Property for missing items of uniform before we break for half term.
Thank you.
Dodgeball Results
Some Year 6 children, along with Mr Humphries, went along to the Dodgeball festival this week and performed exceptionally well! With 32 team competing the results were as follows:
1st St Matthews
2nd Lawley
3rd Newport Juniors
The children were excellent, not only showing off their dodgeball skills, but they were also praised for their honesty and sportsmanship.
Well done and congratulations to all that performed!
