Beech’s Base Reminder for 5J
Good afternoon 5J parents,
I would just like to remind you that it is Beech’s Base session tomorrow afternoon. Please can all children come to school in their uniform for class photos & bring Beech’s base clothes to get changed into after.

Summer Fair Reminder
Good afternoon everyone,
Please can the children remember to bring a jar of goodies for the summer fair. For children who have brought a jar, please remember to wear mufti. Please remember your sun hats, sun cream & water bottles too.😀
Year 6 Leavers Lunch!
Year 6 children have chosen the menu for ‘Leavers Day’ on Thursday 18th July!
Pizza with a choice of ham, pineapple or pepperoni topping served with potato smiles, sweetcorn and peas.
Chocolate brownies and ice cream.
This will be the menu on the 18th July for the whole school.
Parking
Please can I ask our school family for their support: to enable safe travel to school we ask that you do not park or pull up on Avenue Road at drop off or pick up times.
We need pedestrians to be able to safely cross the road.

Year 5 Sports day Reminder
Good afternoon parents,
Please can we remind all year 5 children that tomorrow they need to wear their P.E. Kit to school. They will also need sun hats, sun cream & bottles of water. We will look forward to seeing you tomorrow at sports day tomorrow. Thank you
Year 3 Beeches Base Dates Summer 2
Dear Parents and Carers,
These are the remaining dates for Year 3 Beeches Base afternoons for Summer 2:
- 3B – 3rd July
- 3L – 10th July
As usual children will need to wear weather appropriate clothing that can get muddy and muddy wellies or boots in a bag for their afternoon. Sun cream/hat or rain coat and layers as appropriate to the weather.

Gladiator…Ready!!!
Here is Noah from 4OP who attended a tag rugby competition. He was thrilled to have earnt a medal and was even more thrilled when he got to meet ‘Fury’ the gladiator!! He was desperate for a picture so he could share it with Mr M!

Website Letter
Some children will have come home with a letter asking if your child would like to be photographed for the website on Wednesday.
This is optional! If your child would rather not I completely understand.
They would need smart uniform for the morning. Year 5 sports day clashes with this so if your child wants to take part they can come in uniform and then change as soon as photos are done.
