5P’s Book Quiz!

Good evening parents!

As a trial, the children in 5P are going to complete a quiz on Blooket- purely for a little bit of fun!

Please follow the links in the PDF and also the PowerPoint to help you. There is a hyperlink and also a QR code to access this Quiz. Please use your child’s first name as their Username. It is all free and no need for any passwords or new accounts to be set up!

Year 5 Homework

Good Afternoon,

Following several queries about Year 5 Homework, I would just like to clarify that the homework sheet handed out in January is ongoing for the entire Spring Term. 

We have not sent out any spelling words to practice this half-term but children can continue to practice their Year 5/6 spelling words and handwriting as much as they feel necessary (these are the spellings that they already have throughout their homework book).

Please can we ask that homework books are handed in next week by Thursday 30th March.

Coronation Bench Design Competition

Year 5

Please find details about a competition for designing a commemorative bench for King Charles’ Coronation.

We would like Yr 5 to have a go at this over half term.

We need to have entries in by Friday 3rd March.
