Early Help

There is a lot of Early Help available from Newport CE Junior School which is summarised below.  Early Help can be needed for many, many reasons and often due to circumstances beyond your control.  We are ready to help. If you feel Early Help would benefit your circumstances please do contact us by email, telephone or in person.

Some of the things we may be able to offer you:

Useful Early Help information:

Family Hub Southwater Drop In flyer

Family Hub parenting leaflet Seeds to Orchard

The Telford and Wrekin Early Help agencies can be found here:

https://livewell.telford.gov.uk/

Young Carers:

We define a Young Carer as a young person who has caring responsibilities for a family member with a disability, health condition or substance misuse issue. Young carers may provide physical care, personal care, help with medication or practical tasks, or provide emotional support.

We have a Young Carers policy which outlines how we will seek to identify, raise awareness of and offer support to any pupil who looks after someone at home.
