Young Voices
Places for Young Voices 2027 have now closed.
Families who have signed their child up for this event should have received an email with details of how to order their audience tickets and a t shirt for their child. If you haven’t received this please email me so I can get you this information.
Please ensure children attend choir rehearsals on Wednesday lunchtimes so they are prepared.
Thank you for your support.

Cross Country – Tuesday 6th October
Thank you to all the children who signed up to the Cross Country on Tuesday 6th October.
This event is a long race, with a distance between 1 and 1.6km, so it is not for everyone, so please ensure your child is aware of the distance involved.
Participants will walk from school to the event and back within the school day, there are no spectators allowed at this event. Pupils will be escorted to the event by staff from NJS including , Mr M, Mr Lawson, Mr lambert, Mr Butler, Miss Lockwood Miss Cooper and several other NJS staff.
Participants will need a packed lunch, snack and extra water as they will be at the event during most of the day.
Suitable clothing is needed based on the weather at the time. Participants will be waiting at the event for their race while being exposed to the elements. Please be alert to the weather forecast of that day.
Children will all start the day off in class – they will need their school bag too – as we won’t be leaving until 10.15am. We will back at NJS before 3.15pm.
Any question please ask.
