This is FREE support that we have recently been made aware of and thought it worth sharing with parents/carers.

Have you ever thought about making lifestyle changes to become healthier or happier, but don’t know where to start? It may be that you want to lose weight, or quit smoking, or you may want to start cooking more homemade meals.

The ‘Do It For…’ Campaign is designed to support residents to make small and sustainable healthy changes via a 12-week email campaign.
