Drop off and collection from NJS…
Just a few reminders:
*Children are not supervised until 8.45am.
*Our Victorian school bell rings at 8.45am and the children should line up in their class lines for their teachers to take them into school.
*Years 3, 4 and 6 have drop off and collection on the main yard and Year 6 through the front security gate. If you have siblings in various year groups please use the drop off/collection point that suits best.
*We advise that if you have children at Newport Infant School you drop off at NJS first in the morning and then Newport Infants. In the afternoon collect from Newport Infant School first and then Newport Juniors.
*Please can we ask no dogs on the playgrounds and that mobile phones are not used.
*If children arrive on bikes or scooters we ask that they dismount on school grounds to avoid collision and sensibly, on arrival, park in the bike/scooter shelter.
