NJS Uniform Policy…

The government have released updated guidance for schools which comes into effect from September 2026.  Our Governors have reviewed our policy in line with this and attach a copy below.

There are no amendments to our policy but to explain the availability of pre loved uniform and to emphasise that uniform items do not have to display our logo.

The policy does now state:

*No makeup, nail varnish or false nails.

*Stud earrings only.  These must be removed or covered with plasters for PE.

A copy of our policy can be found here:

Year 5/6 Girls Football

A soggy end to a great afternoon of football for the year 5/6 girls’ team. Although we didn’t lose a game, we came second in our group which wasn’t enough for us to progress into the next round. The girls then enjoyed a couple of friendly matches, playing some great football. Well done girls!! ⚽️

Yr 5/6 T1 Rugby

Well done to the Year 5 children below, who performed exceptionally well at a new Rugby format this week. The children playing T1 Rugby for the first time, started brilliantly, winning the first game 7-2. They played amazingly, progressing out of the group stage easily – finally being beaten in the 3rd/4th place playoff!

Well done children, Mr M and NJS are extremely proud of your efforts – your teamwork, enthusiasm and generally behaviour was superb!
