The teaching team are looking forward to meeting with parents/carers next week:
Monday: Year 3
Tuesday: Year 4
Wednesday: Year 5
Thursday: Year 6
If you have a face to face appointment in the afternoon please arrive at school at your allocated time and make your way to the school hall. You will be able to view your child’s books whilst you wait for your teacher.
If you wish to take your child home after this meeting please go from the hall to the school office where the team will arrange for your child to meet you there.

Please note that all NJS clubs for the Spring Term end on Friday 20th March.
I would like to thank our amazing staff team who go over and above to give their time to run club opportunities for our children.
Arthog
What wonderful memory making Year 5 have experienced in Arthog this week. The photos are fabulous! I know from the Arthog staff how wonderfully well behaved and enthusiastic the children have been this week: they have been a credit to NJS.
Enormous thanks to Mr Lawson, Mr Parker, Mr Moody, Mr Humphries, Mrs Dunscombe, Mrs Wood, Miss Lockwood and Miss Wood who have volunteered their time to support this visit. It really is exceptional that our staff team support a visit that enables 65 children to experience such a great opportunity away from home.
Thank you to parents and carers who have enabled this visit and supported the children to attend with such excellent enthusiasm. I hope the dirty washing isn’t too bad!

Easter Senior Citizens Tea Party
We welcome senior citizens to our Easter Tea Party on the 25th March. Please do invite a grandparent or friend from the community along.
Years 4 and 5: on the day we would be very grateful for donations of cakes and raffle prizes to support this event.
