Community in Action

Elliott and Zara helped at a local church on Saturday. Zara helped run a book stall and Elliott the sausage sandwiches. Elliott really enjoyed working out the money and change and Zara meeting the customers. Elliott’s sausages raised £115 for Christian aid and Zara £47 for the church.

Huge well done to both Elliott and Zara who achieved their Community badges.

Year 3 Edgmond Residential

I would like to say well done to all of the Year 3 children who attended the Edgmond Residential: you were excellent in your enthusiasm for trying new things and we are very proud of you.

Thank you to families for their ongoing support and to Mr Moody, Mr Butler, Mrs Wood, Miss Whitehouse, Miss Smith, Mr Humphries and Miss Lockwood for giving their time to enable this visit to go ahead.

NJSFEST!!!!

We enjoyed NJSFest 2024 so much it will be back for 2025!!!  We cannot wait for the 16th July!

Mr Humphries has kindly organised for some festival merchandise… a bucket hat!  They are photographed below and available to buy on ParentPay for £5.  Any profit made will go to school fund.

All orders must be made and paid for on ParentPay by the 6th June, sadly we cannot accept any late orders.

Year 6 Alton Towers

On Wednesday we took Year 6  to Alton Towers: this visit was a reward for their efforts and hard work with their SATS and the beginning of their leavers celebrations.  The children were excellent on this visit and we really hope they enjoyed their day.

Visits such as this are not possible without the commitment of the staff team: I am very grateful to them all.  Thank you to Miss Bold, Mr Jones, Mr Marsh, Mrs Yates, Miss Smith, Mr Humphries, Mrs Wood, Miss Lockwood, Mrs Henderson, Mrs Dunscombe, Miss Fox, Mrs Lane and Mrs Cox.
