Telford and Wrekin schools have been asked to support a local fundraising campaign called ‘Wear Red for Zach’. For your information we have attached below a link to a press article which appeared last Friday in the Shropshire Star.

We want to give our families the opportunity to support this cause although we are very aware we will have only just taken part in Jeans for Genes the previous week and there is also a cake sale on that date.
It is optional for your child to wear an item of red (they could wear red socks, change their t shirt for a red one, red jumper, red hat or gloves!) to school on Friday 28th September for a donation of their choice (no minimum amount) towards this cause.
This is not a mufti day; children can replace an item of clothing for a red one or wear an additional item of red clothing!
