Thank you to all of our parents and carers who have already returned slips to book appointments with class teachers.

The staff are working very hard to prepare for these meetings: they really wanted phone calls/Teams meetings to ensure they built relationships with you as best they can under the circumstances.  Please support them as they try very different working arrangements….

We ask that:

*You return your slip requesting an appointment by the end of this week at the very latest so that teachers can organise their timing for the day.

*Please ensure you have provided accurate contact details for either your Microsoft Teams Meeting or your phone call.

*Please respect that if time slots are full teachers will allocate you the closest available time.

*Please be available at your allocated time.

*Please remember the meeting will be limited to ten minutes, I am sure that if there is something that arises that needs discussing further teachers will arrange to contact you again.
