Congratulations to NJS pupil Isla who was the overall winner of Newport Town Council’s Christmas Card Competition!

Isla will be switching on the Christmas Lights on Newport High Street on the 22nd November!

We are very proud of you Isla!

Vaccinations will take place in school on the 4th December 2024.

We politely ask that parents and carers do not use the school car parks when dropping off or collecting children (unless you are a Blue Badge holder).  This is for the safety of pedestrians passing through our car parks from 8.30am to 4pm.

We recommend Specsavers Car Park, Shuker Field Car Park or other local car parks.

Please find attached information about a forthcoming Art Gallery at Weston Park.  We are delighted that the following children’s work will be on display in the gallery from Friday 29^th November:

Layla, Zara and Jessica from Year 4.   4J also have on display a collaborative piece called ‘The Golden Path’.

Their work will displayed until the 30^th of January. Gallery entry is free and once judging has taken place winners will be announced.
