Year 6 children will have brought home a letter this week informing you about a forthcoming NHS visit to school looking at Height and Weight. Below is an information letter for parents and a withdrawal form.
If you DO NOT wish your child to take part in this please ensure the withdrawal form is returned to school by the 14th November.
