Be Bright Be Seen Walking Bus 23/11/23

NJS took part in a Telford and Wrekin initiative supporting travel to school. The initiative “Be Bright, Be Seen” encouraged children and adults to wear brighter clothing on their walk to school, promoting road safety.
Well done to all the children and parents who were able to join us on the walk this morning.

Transition Festival at BBS

Some Year 6 pupils, today, went along to the Burton Borough for a Transition Festival where they took part in activities ranging from Boccia, New Age Kurling, Archery, ZoneBall and even Wheelchair Basketball!! They all had a super time and represented NJS superbly!!

Yr 4 Diary Date Reminders 20th-24th November

Reminders of things happening for Yr 4 Children:

Monday – All Year 4 need swimming kits.

Tuesday –

Wednesday – HOMEWORK DUE IN. Please bring in your homework book by Wednesday morning.
– LIBRARY. Children will have the opportunity to borrow or exchange a school library books.
– 4OP Violin lesson

Please find this weeks Spelling/Handwriting below. This alongside their multiplication practice will be in their homework books. The children will also be required to read to an adult at least three times.
