A huge well done to our lower school, girls football team!

This was our first home game, and the girls were very much looking forward to it.

Unfortunately, we lost, in what was our final game of the league. The girls should be very proud of themselves, I know I am very proud at what they’ve achieved. This team had never played competitive football before this league started and the improvement has been clear to see throughout the three games. A big thank you to Mr Marsh too, for refereeing our game. Well done girls!

Following the half term break swimming lessons will take place as follows:

Mondays: Year 5

Tuesdays: Year 4

Please remember to bring a costume/trunks, towel, swimming cap and goggles.

Lessons will commence from Monday 31st October.

We thought technology may replace them but we missed them so home link books are back!

These are pupil diaries for the children: class teachers will ask the children to note key dates in these or useful reminders for home.

Teachers may also write messages home in these books so definitely worth checking please!

If you have messages for teachers please jot them in the home link book and remind your child to show their teacher.

We know at Secondary School pupils use log books so these are also really important organisational skills that will prepare our children for the future: thank you for your support.

ParentsCarers Meeting October22

Parents meetings are taking place next week:

Monday: Year 3

Tuesday: Year 4

Wednesday: Year 5

Thursday: Year 6

As detailed in the letter circulated a couple of weeks ago we have offered Teams meetings/phone calls in the mornings and face to face in the afternoons.

Face to face meetings will be held in the school hall: please come to the security gate and make your way around to the hall to meet your class teacher.  If you wish to take your child home following your appointment please make your way to the office after your appointment and your child will meet you there (we ask that siblings remain in school).
