Harvest Festival!

We have sent the link to our Harvest Assembly.  If you have not received this please drop an email to nicola.moody@taw.org.uk and I will get this to you as soon as I am able.

Thank you for the very kind donations to Newport Foodbank: very proud of NJS making a difference in our community.

Social Distancing

Please help us to keep our NJS family safe…. please practise social distancing at all times when dropping off and collecting your children from NJS.

We appreciate your support.

PD Day Friday

Please can we remind you that Friday (23rd October) is a PD day and school is closed to pupils.

We will see you back in school on Monday 2nd November.

Healthy Eating

Please can we remind our families about our Healthy Eating Policy.

Children are very welcome to bring a breaktime snack into school.  This should not be chocolate, crisps etc. Instead we ask that this is a piece of fruit, vegetable or bread snack.

Please remember not to send nuts into school.

NJS Harvest Festival

On Wednesday you will be ParentMailed a link to our Harvest Assembly.

Please can we ask that families keep this link private for their own viewing and request that this is not shared or posted on social media.

We hope you enjoy it!

Newport Foodbank Donations

There will be trolleys positioned by the entrances on Wednesday morning for any donations you would like to make to Newport Foodbank on the occasion of our annual Harvest Festival.

Newport Foodbank would be especially grateful for tinned meat, tinned fruit, coffee, tinned vegetables, UHT milk and tinned puddings.

Newport Foodbank and NJS appreciate your support for our local community.
