Residential Visits: On ParentPay today

As shared several times since June residential visits are on ParentPay today.  Please see a reminder of the information below.

Please can I confirm that families in current receipt of Free School Meals are entitled to financial support in line with the Funding Strategy you can see on our website.

If you have been unable to select a place on ParentPay please email njs.admin@taw.org.uk and they will add you to the waiting list.  Please clearly state in this email your child’s name, class and the residential you request.

Best wishes

Parents/Carers

On the 24th September residential visits will be made available on ParentPay.

Below are letters with some details, additional to those shared in your class meetings, about the visits and payment plans.

Please note: deposits are non refundable should you withdraw your child from a visit.  Please be confident your child wishes to attend the visit before applying on ParentPay.  We hope we have supported you by making you aware of the visit costs since June and also offering payment plans.  If you need any further support please contact Mrs Moody.

If you need any further information about the visits and activities involved to be able to make a decision please contact your class teacher or Mr Moody.

All parents/carers will be asked to sign a Residential Code of Conduct once places are allocated on ParentPay. This is a sample of this: SAMPLE Residential Code of Conduct
