Y6 Transition Behaviour Reward System

After Easter we will be introducing the children to our Year 6 Transition Behaviour Reward system.  This is explained for you below.  Please discuss this with your child to help us to ensure standards remain high and that your children are Secondary ready in their behaviour and attitudes.

We are looking forward to celebrating success with lots of opportunity for rewards.

IMPORTANT: SAT WEEK 11TH MAY

Year 6 Parents and Carers:

SAT week is the week beginning 11th May.  All Year 6 children are required in school all week.

Please ensure this date is noted on your calendars.

Empathy Week

Year 6 have been learning all about Turkey this afternoon.  We have eaten some traditional Turkish food, learnt some dances and listened to some folk stories.

6B art and DT

Class 6B have enjoyed working with clay, with Mrs Lane, this week.  The children have been inspired by their art unit looking at Clarice Cliff and have created their own pieces.

They have also sewed their own Tudor Roses in DT.  Thank you Mrs Lane; well done everyone!
