Celebration was needed… a successful half term and a little sunshine meant only one thing….

I hope the staff and children enjoyed the surprise visit from the ice cream van this afternoon!  We wanted to thank the staff and children for all of their hard work this half term.

Please can I take this opportunity to give my thanks to the staff and children at NJS for everything they have done to make this a successful half term.  The children have been amazing and make us proud each day.  The staff have worked incredibly hard and with such dedication to our NJS family.

I hope you all have a wonderful half term break with your families.  I have fingers and toes crossed for some sunshine!

PROUD to be back helping Newport in Bloom

Mrs Green and I were very excited to be able to take a group of Year 6 children to help Newport in Bloom with the planting on Wellington Road corner.  The children made us very proud and showed the value of ‘community’ brilliantly.
