5H Science – dissolving and forming solutions!

5H had a fantastic morning yesterday, being very creative in Science. Children planned and carried out their own investigations based on liquids, solids, dissolving and solutions. image image image

Year 5 homework

Due in for Monday 8th November

Following today’s Open Lunch, we would like children to focus on the strategies that we have discussed in class, during Open Lunch, and that can be found on the information sent home with children from school or from Open Lunch today. Children are expected to read and record 5 reads at home in their Reading Record as their homework this week.

Year 5/6 netball finals

Well done to the netball team for working hard and making it to the finals of the Telford & Wrekin netball tournament.  Thirty schools entered the competition and we ended up 5th in the competition.

 

Having only played since September I think the team had done an incredible job.  Congratulations!
