Just a reminder that it is our Space Centre trip on Monday 6th February.

Children will need:

• To wear uniform and have a coat/jacket with them.
• Have a disposable packed lunch in a SMALL rucksack (disposable so most of it can be thrown away) extra drink/refillable drinks bottles might also be needed due to the longer school day.
• Children will need to arrive at NJS for 8.15am for an 8.30am departure.
• Children will need collecting from the back of our Victorian block between 5 and 5.30pm.
• Children will need a pencil and clipboard, if they have them, to complete activity sheets.
• We are indoors all day – so no extra clothing is required.
• If your child needs medication/inhalers please speak to you child’s class teacher – inhalers from school will be taken with us.

At the Space Centre children will have access to storage units where lunches and coats can be stored. Children will have activities to complete as they explore the centre so they will need free hands to carry clipboards, pencils etc.

Due to being on our feet all day, Mrs Wheat is not attending this trip. Mr Marsh, our Year 4 teacher who attended the visit last year, will be supporting some of the children in 5W.
