Year 5 Home Learning – Monday 6th July; Day 60!

Hi Year 5

ONLY 2 weeks to go!!

Hope you’ve all had a super weekend? Mr Lawson got his bike back after a few repairs were needed, Miss Hardy had a super, super time drinking coffee with a friend and I had a super day at Twycross Zoo with Mrs M and our boys.

For the last two weeks of term we are going to be completing a topic around currency. We will be completing work called ‘Financial Literacy’ which uses currency as a focus and asks you to complete either some Literacy or Numeracy each day – sometimes both! As always I am sure the people at home will help support you in case you get stuck!

I am also working on a project for over the Summer holiday – this will help support parents and you the children over the 6 week school break!

I’m sure you’ll be pleased to see you class teacher and your new teacher via zoom at some point this week, as I know we are very excited to see all the faces we haven’t seen for a while.

Lots of love

Mr M, Miss H and Mr L x
