breakfast club letter
SAT letter to all
Please can we remind Year 6 Parents and Carers about the letters above that were circulated last week.
BREAKFAST CLUB
Year 6 Breakfast Club will run from Monday to Thursday next week. Children can come straight into the hall for 8am when breakfast will be served. (They need to come straight to the hall where staff will meet them NOT to classrooms.)
Thank you to everyone who has placed their order! We have catered for all dietary requirements stated on the slips. If you haven’t placed your order: please come along anyway: there will be plenty.
Breakfast Club is usually a highlight of SAT week so we encourage you all to join us.
ATTENDANCE
If, for any reason, your Year 6 child cannot attend for school next week please advise us immediately by emailing nicola.moody@taw.org.uk or calling 01952 386600. Year 6 children have to take the assessments and we need to advise the Standards Testing Agency if a child is unable to take the test so arrangements can be made. Thank you for your support with this.
WELLBEING
We genuinely will be putting the children’s wellbeing first next week.
The hard work to prepare has been done and their efforts are a credit to them. We aim to make next week as enjoyable as we possibly can: breakfast club, extra PE and time to recharge are all on the ‘timetable’ rather than revising for the next day. And of course a trip to Alton Towers to look forward to as we recognise, whatever their results, trying their best is more than good enough for us at NJS.
If you have any concerns about your child, anytime, but next week especially please do not hesitate to contact myself or a member of the team.
Take care all
Mrs M
