Last day of Book Week.

I have really enjoyed our Book Week and I hope you have too. Even though it looked different to normal we have still tried to make it very special.

Thank you to all those who have got involved and contributed.

Remember that Book Tokens will be given out on Monday 8th March.

You can still have a go at Gangsta Granny’s Challenge, Mrs Breen’s Cooking Challenge and Guess who are the Masked Readers!

To finish with I am add a Family Book Quiz you might enjoy trying. Answers will be posted on Monday.

There are also some Mindfulness Bookmarks to print and colour if you wish to complete one for yourself.

Have a lovely weekend. See you Monday!!

This picture has been drawn by the artist and author Charlie Mackesy. Some of you might have read his brilliant book, The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse.

The message of hope in the picture is simple and makes us think about better days ahead, like Monday when you can all return to school!

World Book Day Tokens

Every year, as part of World Book Day, £1 vouchers are provided for the children.

We have those vouchers in school and will give them to you on your first day back, Monday 8th March.

Here are the selection of special books produced for World Book Day this year. They all cost just £1. They are available online and in some supermarkets.
