9 years ago Posted on 13th Oct 2016 by Megan Hardy Arthog Day 4 – Miss H’s Group Group 2 have had another super day today. We scrambled and climbed up the Barmouth Slabs this morning and then enjoyed a picnic with hot squash and cake to warm us up at the top! We then did bouldering and traversing to refine our rock climbing skills. Throughout this, the children spotted for each other brilliantly and really supported each other when it was scary and tricky. Their team work couldn’t have been better! We then headed for ice creams on Fairbourne Beach, where we explored the rock pools and caves. We finished the day by completing our John Muir Award – we conserved the beach by litter picking! X
