NGHS Roadshow Reminder

Just a reminder that Mr Whitehouse from Newport Girls’ High will be on the main playground tomorrow 2.30-3.20pm if anyone would like to learn more about the school or ask any questions.

Newport Girls’ High Roadshow

Apologies that we had to cut the Newport Girls’ High roadshow short sue to the downpour on Wednesday afternoon. The team will return to NJS on Tuesday 27th June afternoon 2.30-3.30 on the main playground. This is an opportunity for our families to get information and ask any questions they have about the school.

Mobile Phones are NOT permitted on school site

Please can we ask parents and carers to respect our request that mobile telephones should not be used on school site.

If you are on school site and need to take a call we ask that you leave site to do this.

Dance Event

Well done to our dance group who performed at Oakengates Theatre last night! They were excellent! We are exceptionally proud of their dance skills and the courage they used to perform with such confidence, well done.

Huge thanks must go to Miss Smith who organised our entry into this competition and choreographed and coached the performance. Thank you to Miss Smith for all she does for dance at NJS.
