These children have completed ‘Makaton Monday’ this term with Mrs Case.  They were very proud to receive their certificates!

NJS are very proud of Henry who was recently selected for the U13 County Hockey Team!  Henry made his debut this weekend playing in a tournament against Worcestershire and Northamptonshire.

Well done Henry, this is an exceptional achievement.

Next week is the last week of Autumn Clubs at NJS… we close early due to the nights drawing in, weather and the need to prepare for Christmas events!

I wanted to express my thanks to the NJS team for all they do to run such a wide range of clubs at NJS and ALL for free!  We have held a total of 27 clubs this term, this is exceptional and makes such a difference to the wellbeing and development of our children.

I am sure parents, carers and children will join me in their thanks to the staff team.

We are very proud of Mr Marsh who at the Cricket Shropshire Awards last weekend was named ECB Cricket Coach of the Year!  This was an award for the west Midlands Area and Mr Marsh will now go through to the National Cricket Awards with all other regional winners in early 2025.  This is a super achievement.

Cricket Shropshire said: ‘Tom has been described as ‘going above and beyond’ for all of the juniors at their club. He is always ensuring training and matches go on throughout the Summer and the Winter. A dedicated coach with a passion for development, Tom really does everything in his power to get the game on!’
