Friday: Christmas Jumper Day for Save the Children

Just a reminder that on Friday we are hosting a Christmas Jumper Day for Save the Children.

Don’t worry if your child doesn’t have a Christmas jumper: any jumper will do.

We ask that children wear the rest of their school uniform and just replace their school jumper with a Christmas one.

Donations for Save the Children can be made on ParentPay: no cash please.

IMPORTANT: RESIDENTIAL VISITS

We have several families who are behind with payments for residential visits.  Please can we ask you ensure that ParentPay is up to date.

If payments are not up to date we will be contacting you to check whether your child still requires the place.

Christmas Dinner Week…

Monday 15th December to Thursday 18th December is Christmas dinner:

Monday: Year 3

Tuesday: Year 4

Wednesday: Year 5

Thursday: Year 6

On the days your child is not invited for Christmas dinner the kitchen will be offering all other children a Grab&Go option: a ham, cheese or tuna sandwich or wrap.  If your child would like a Grab&Go on these dates please email their order to njs.admin@taw.org.uk by the 12th December.

REMINDER: Autumn After School Clubs are now FINISHED!

Well done to all of the children who have actively engaged in our Autumn 2025 Clubs offer!  We are very proud to have such an extensive offer available.  I am very grateful to the commitment of our staff to providing these opportunities.

Clubs will return on the 2nd February when we hope to be through the worst of the weather and dark afternoons: a menu will be released in the new year!

Email clarification…

If you need to notify school, within the school day, of amendments to collection arrangements or club attendance etc please do not email staff personal email addresses as staff will be supervising children and unable to read these.

MESSAGE ABOUT YOUNG VOICES

Dear parents/carers,

We have ordered T shirts for children signed up to Young Voices. You will receive a notification on Parent Pay next week to make payment for these.

(Please note: there are some parents who have already ordered their child’s t shirt and these have been delivered to school already. You do not need to make an additional payment on Parent Pay. We have spoken to these children today to confirm this with them!)

Young Voices Tickets…. on BoxOffice Sale NOW!

We have been advised Young Voices tickets are on Box Office sale NOW for the 7th January!  Please be quick if you wish to purchase as we do not know how many are left.
