We are excited to announce our own mini-Glastonbury festival!.
We are calling it NJS-Fest.
On that day children need to wear outdoor clothes and trainers.
Be prepared for good weather – water bottle, sun hat, sun cream.
Be prepared for damp weather- water bottle, rain coat and wellies!
We have a main stage area with live music all day. A big thank you to our local secondary schools who are sending musicians to perform for us across the day. There are other bands performing for us, as well as our own school choir, a dance group called Girl Code, Isaac from Year 3 with his amazing guitar skills and a staff choir too!
Children will get the chance to watch live music on the stage, take part in a dance class or yoga session. There will be face painting and juggling skills. Games and Drumming classes.
DJ Jones, Marsh and Parker will be spinning tunes across the day in the Disco Themed Hall.
There will be quiet zones – weaving and a story zone where children can find a quieter space should they wish.
All activities are repeated across the day so children will chance to visit when they would like.
There is a Festival Themed Lunch that day – Burgers/ Veggie Burgers/ Hot Dogs / French Fries / Peas / Onions / Salad and Doughnuts.
Children do not need to bring any money that day, or school bag or pencil case.
