Dear Parents and Carers,

Today Year 6 children should have brought home a letter reply slip with information about what permissions you would like to give for photos, visits, first aid, plus what their arrangements are for home time (pick up, Hi-Five afterschool club, walk home). Please return these ASAP, so we know your preferences. This is particularly important for hometime arrangements.

Also, several children and parents have asked about earrings and swimming. The current advice is not to wear them in the pool if possible. If this is unavoidable, a swimming cap that pulls down over the earrings to keep them securely in ears is preferred. Please provide your child with one, if needed.

Dear Parent/Carer

We are sending home a form with your child today regarding parental consent and home-time arrangements. It is essential that these forms are completed and returned to school no later than Friday, 11^th September.

We must have this information in order to ensure that we are fully aware of your wishes and can put appropriate arrangements in place to safeguard your child. The timely return of these forms is important in helping us keep all children safe, happy, and well supported.

We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and ask that forms are returned by the deadline stated above.
