Year 4’s Happy Book

Hello all year 4 children!

How are you all? We hope you are all keeping well and are enjoying learning from home. Over the next couple of week’s as an extra curricular activity, we would like you to create a ‘Happy Book,’ full of your very own happy memories and thoughts. Feel free to use the template provided and add your own pictures by drawing or creating your own on PowerPoint. Please feel free to e-mail them to myself or your own teachers and we can display them when we go back to school.

4NJ Have enjoyed learning how to round in maths this week!

We have enjoyed creating posters in Numeracy this week and making learning videos on how to round to the nearest 10, 100 and 1000. We hope you enjoy watching our learning video. 🙂

Finishing our Paper Mache Planets in 4NJ

Last week as part of our Space Topic, we created paper mache planets. We have finally been able to decorate them now they have dried 😀.

4NJ are Learning about Circus & Entertainment

This week we will be learning all about Circus skills & entertainment. Today the children have made their own 3D Big Top Tents 😀

Learning about the history of Newport

This week our 4NJ bubble has enjoyed learning all about the history of Newport. We have learnt lots of new facts such as; Newport was once called Nova Burgo & we have also learnt facts about the Great Fire in 1665. We have loved making posters too.

Wildlife Week Art by 4nj

Hello year 4,

We have had a fantastic week learning about Wildlife. We have created Wind in the Willow Art to share with the Rylands nursing home. We have also had an exciting time learning lots of facts from Steve Backshall. Last Wednesday our bubble & school got a special mention at 3 minutes 59 seconds into the video clip. We hope you enjoy watching.
