Beech’s Base – Head Teacher’s Award Lunch

Good Afternoon!

It was lovely to have the children down today to eat their lunch and toast marshmallows. They even had a go at making some fantastic dens out there today 🙂

Well done to the children on their awards and hope you enjoyed your lunch.

Love Mrs Kuczynska x

Clubs

Every child will be bringing home a slip tonight which tells them about the clubs they have signed up for.

Yr 4 Residential Visit to: Manor Adventure – Culmington Manor, Craven Arms.

Yr. 4 Residential Visit to: Manor Adventure – Culmington Manor, Craven Arms.

Dear Parents/Carers of Year 4 Pupils

At Newport Junior School, we are very proud of the residential opportunities we offer all our children. They need commitment from our staff and parents to enable these invaluable experiences to take place

Following the success of previous year’s year 4 trip to Manor Adventure, we have provisionally booked places for our year 4 pupils from 4-6th April 2021.  The cost of the trip will be £190.

We appreciate that for many of you, that this will be the first-time you child has been away from home and you may be unaware of what that trip involves.  We have arranged a presentation/meeting to inform you about the trip and give you an opportunity to ask some questions.

We will be holding the meeting on Tuesday 5th October at 3.30pm in the school hall.

If you wish to attend so I can gage numbers, please let me know by emailing me on ben.moody@taw.org.uk

At this meeting Mrs Green/Mrs Stanley will also be accepting a deposit/first payment of £60 which will ensure your child has a place. Places are limited on this residential, but as ever I will do all I can to include any of the children wishing to attend.

Kindest regards,

Mr B Moody
