Summer Fair will be held on Thursday 2pm-3.15pm.

If you would like to attend the Summer Fair please collect your child at 2pm from their usual entrance/exit gate i.e.

Years 4 and 6 from the main playground, Year 5 opposite One Dental and Year 3 from the Security Gate.

From here staff will direct you and your child into school to attend the Fair on the field.

You may leave when you are ready: the gate that will remain open will be the Security Gate outside the office for you to exit through.

If you are unable to attend the Fair with your child they are welcomed to bring some money to enjoy the fair with their friends and they will be dismissed as usual at 3.15pm.  We will not allow children to leave with anyone other than their own adult unless the class teacher has received permission from you before the event.

End of Year Report Letter to Parents

End of year reports are coming home with children this evening.

We are looking forward to seeing parents, family and friends to support Year 5 Sports Day tomorrow afternoon:

*Children to come to school in their PE kit including a t shirt ideally in their house colour or white if it is not possible.

*Start time 1.30pm.

*The Security Gate in front of the office will be open 1.20-1.30pm.

*Bring your chairs if you can!

*Refreshments will be on sale: bring your pennies to support School Fund!  Ice pops available for the children at the end of the afternoon for 50p.

IMPORTANT: Apologies I made an error in this letter.  To confirm the collection points will be:

Year 3: Main security gate in front of the office.

Years 4 and 5: main playground through the black gates closest to Avenue Road South

Year 6: Through the gate opposite One Dental

This is because Year 6 will be located in the new extension and Year 5 will be in the Victorian block.
