Class 6B Tag Rugby
Class 6B really enjoyed Tag Rugby in our PE lesson this afternoon. The weather was lovely too!
Black History Workshop
On Friday 7th October, year 6 enjoyed a Black History Workshop.
Congratulations Mr Jones!
We are delighted to share the news that Mr Jones and his partner have welcomed a new baby daughter!
Aida Mai was born on Monday morning weighing 8lb 6oz and the family are doing well.
Our NJS family extend our congratulations to them.
Class 6B Harvest Festival
Well done to 6B for writing their own acrostic poems and performing them in church today. 
SEND coffee afternoon
Just a reminder to join us at our SEND coffee afternoon on Thursday 10th November 2022 at 1.30pm in the school hall.
This term’s focus is emotion coaching with the school’s link Educational Psychologist.

Year 6 change of dates for swimming
Dear parents/ carers,
On Tuesday 18th October, the year 6 children have been invited to a Quidditch Tournament at Burton Borough School. This is a very exciting opportunity for us but clashes with our swimming day. So just for that week, year 6 swimming has been changed to MONDAY 17TH OCTOBER.
We will give out more reminders nearer the time. The tournament is during normal school hours.

Year 6 Wrekin Trip
Year 6 had a great time at the Wrekin this morning. We all made it to the top! Unfortunately, it was a bit foggy right at the top, but we enjoyed our lunch half way down. All children were extremely well behaved.
