Security Gates at the Visitors Entrance

There are electronic gates at the visitors entrance to the school.  There has previously been a push button to exit via this gate.  We have become increasingly concerned by children using this push button themselves to leave via this exit through a busy visitors and disabled car park.

To ensure children only leave through the gates at the children’s entrance a key pad has been installed on that gate.  If you should need to leave through that gate as you have visited school during the school day please press the call button and the gate will be opened for you.

Please do not pull on these gates: they are for the children’s safety and are costly to repair.

Please can we remind you that for the children’s safety they should be arriving and leaving school through the children’s entrance gates

Apologies

We are really sorry the weekly newsletter doesn’t seem to have been sent from the website.  All of the usual information is on the newsfeed; please have a look.

We will set everything so that it comes to you in an email tomorrow as well.

year 3 Spellings and homework for 22.3.19

Dear Parents,

Please continue to help your children learn their times tables, using TTRS. We have several battles currently taking place between 3B:3P and 3B:3W on TTRS – please allow your children to play as much as possible.

Children should continue to work on their shields, to be ready for 1st April. Again, we request that you do not send them in before this date, due to restricted storage space. Please learn spellings and complete at least 3x entries in reading diaries with parent signatures.

Thank you for your continued support,

The Year 3 Team
