Year 4 Weekly Reminders

Parents from 4L next week 4L will be taught by Mrs Ollerenshaw and Mrs Parker as Mr Lawson will be attending Arthog with the year 5 children. Thank you to all children this week. We have had a wonderful time celebrating World Book Day.

Year 6 homework- week 2

Please find attached the homework and spelling for year 6 for week 2.

Homework is due in on a Wednesday and will be given out on a Friday.

We encourage children to do as much reading at home as possible- aim for at least three times a week.

5P World Book Day

Happy World Book Day!

Look at our fantastic outfits and the afternoon activity where we were able to take part in a world exclusive!

We tuned in to watch a live lesson led by Jamie Gregory and book publishing company Scholastic and we created our own book characters as per Jamie Gregory’s new novel “Bone Head!” the book sounds amazing and ideal for readers who enjoy “Diary of a Wimpy Kid”, “Dog Man” or “Loki”.

Thank you for helping create amazing memories for the children with their wonderful outfits too!

Class 3B World Book Day 2026

3B enjoyed a fab morning parading  and showing off their world Book Day costumes – well done 3B!
