Shrewsbury trip

Well done to all of year 6 for excellent behaviour around Shrewsbury yesterday. We had the perfect tour guide (Mr R!), who was extremely knowledgeable about life in Tudor Shrewsbury. This information has enriched our history topic and will be beneficial in future lessons.

Well done year 6 and a huge thank you to Mr Rotherham.

Mr Parker’s Ridiculous Writers Workshop!

Yesterday, some children in year 4 and 5 were lucky enough to join in a writing workshop with Mr Parker. They began their own pieces of creative writing for a Young Writers competition. The children were so enthused during the workshop and started some fantastic stories! Thank you Mr Parker!

Year 4 Reminders

Please remember all children are swimming tomorrow. Please can the children bring their swimming kits into school.

On a separate note, 4J have Beech’s Base this Wednesday afternoon. Please could children come to school wearing warm clothing complete with waterproofs and wellington boots.
