Wow!! What an achievement by our year 5/6 children. After competing in the area final last week and coming second, today they played at the county finals, against teams from across Shropshire. The children performed outstandingly well, playing four, winning two and loosing two, but only by 2 and 14 runs! The children’s behaviour and sportsmanship were impeccable and their understanding about the extraordinary warm conditions, superb. I was an extremely proud teacher today – the children couldn’t have given anything more! Well done guys!

We had a fabulous few days away and showed excellent team work, perseverance and friendship within our super group – consisting of Henry, James, Niamh, Erin, Charlie, Keira and Ellie. Well done, team! Miss H x
