This afternoon we went to Fairbourne beach, where we collected rubbish, explored the rock pools and played on the beach! X

Today we have done a mountain walk, which started from a frozen lake! We were pretty tired afterwards…  x

Harry and Jack helped to rescue a stranded curled octopus on the beach in New Quay. They christened him Jeff, they then returned him happily to the sea There’s been some pieces on the bbc news and some national newspapers about the octopus getting stranded as it’s highly unusual.

5H have been looking at the work of Amnesty International in PSHE recently with Mrs Underwood. She has been super impressed by their mature discussions and attitudes surrounding the key question, ‘What are our human rights?’

5H had great fun learning how to have a conversation in Spanish on National Language Day. They were fabulous and amazed me with their super Spanish accents! ????
