URGENT: Year 6 Breakfast Club!

Year 6 Parents and Carers,

Before Easter we sent out a letter regarding breakfast club for the children during SAT week.  A reminder of this letter can be found below:

breakfast club letter

We have a number of Year 6 children who have not confirmed their attendance and breakfast choice on ParentPay.  Please can we ask that all families complete this by Friday 12th April at the latest.

Thank you for your support.

As Easter approaches, here are some action shots from the last two weeks in class. It has been another busy term for both the children and myself! Have a great Easter and see you all in two weeks.

Yr 6 Easter Homework

During the Easter holiday, our main priority is that the children enjoy the break, remain active and spend time with friends & family.

We are, however, aware that some parents are keen to keep their child ticking over with some homework so we have put together a few bits to complete which should help the children consolidate their learning from the classroom.

  1. There are 2 practice papers available on www.maths.co.uk (the children have used this before and will have their log in details with them.)
  2. There are some SPaG revision mats which cover a range of topics which will have been covered in class.
  3. Finally, there is a retrieval practice worksheet; this is a key content domain for the KS2 assessments.

Enjoy a lovely Easter break.

5M Down Syndrome Awareness Day

Here is our photos of our favourite socks, raising awareness for World Down Syndrome Day and also hoping to #endthestereotypes.

Ziva in particular has gone above and beyond this week to raise awareness – she has been an inspiration and I am so proud of her.
