Children in Need

School Council are organising our Children in Need fundraising for Friday 16th November:

*Children are welcome to come into school in spots/mufti for a £1 donation.

*At break time there will be a cake sale on the playground (20p per cake/biscuit).  If any children want to bring in spotty cakes or biscuits to donate to this sale they are very welcome.

Trip reminder… Attingham Park

We are all looking forward to our trip to Attingham Park tomorrow (13/11/18). Children need to come into school at normal time and we will be leaving at 9:15am. The children will need to bring a packed lunch with them and plenty of drinks for the day.

As we are experiencing colder weather, we would advise children to wear or bring a hat and gloves. They will be outside for most of the day so warm clothing is a must. The children are building dens outside so we would also suggest that the clothes are warm and potentially old.

We will be back by the end of the school day.

No Girls Football on 13/11/18

This week we have a mistake on after school clubs list.

Due to a match taking place, there will be no girls football club on Tuesday 13th November.

There is no need for any capitals so children need to be mindful of this.

Homework due 14th November

Read at least 3 times and ask an adult to sign your reading diary to confirm.
Learn your spellings. Complete detailed sentences and definitions in your homework book.
Make an information leaflet on fractions. This is a topic of maths we are starting next week so we want the children to share knowledge that they already have on fractions. This could be shown in a poster or as a leaflet.

Christmas cards have now all been given to children, there are some awaiting collection in the school office
